Terms and Conditions

Order Processing and Shipping: Once an order is placed, it is validated and forwarded to our processing department. Typically, it takes about 24-48 hours for the order to be shipped. We currently charge a flat shipping fee of Rs.200 on all orders. The usual delivery time is approximately 2 to 3 days within Pakistan. However, delays may occur due to metropolitan conditions or other uncontrollable circumstances. The package will be delivered via courier companies and will include a tracking number to monitor the order status. Credit card orders require 48 working hours for bank verification.

Packages Lost in Transit: If your order is lost in transit, Royal Look will investigate with the shipping carrier. This process may take 2-3 days. If the package is not located after this investigation, we will issue or offer a replacement.

Product Damaged or Stolen During Shipping: A product is considered damaged if it arrives physically damaged in a significant way. A product is considered stolen if the package is received in an open condition and is empty. In either case, please contact our Customer Support department. We will investigate the issue and may request a digital picture of the received package/product or other proof for claim purposes.

Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled upon the customer’s request at any time before they are processed.

Royal Look reserves the right to cancel orders for the following reasons:

• Out-of-stock articles
• Pricing discrepancies
• Shipping cost differences
• Technical errors

In case of a cancellation, the amount paid via bank transfer or credit/debit card will be refunded within 20 days of the order receipt.

Pricing: All prices on our website are inclusive of sales tax.
